ABOUT US Our Home Chapel Ministry Center (also known as WorldBase Thailand) has a four-fold plan for establishing a greater Foursquare Gospel Presence in Thailand. Evangelism Through Church Business: We have a Tutorial School with 500 students that teaches English, Japanese, Chinese, Math and Science. We have a Christian travel agency, Coffee Shop, Bakery, Restaurant and Hair Salon as a means of evangelism and as a means of providing financial resources for ministry and church planting. Church Planting: The church planting ministry seeks out motivated Thai leaders and then trains and equips them to start strong and healthy Thai churches. We have started over six churches in 8 years. Social Ministry: The Center is addressing the needs of the community through social outreach. These include poverty, orphans and human trafficking. Training: The Center is the headquarters for WorldBase Thailand, Thailand Foursquare Bible College and hosts several conferences and meetings every year to train leaders for ministry. WorldBase Thailand was started in the year 2000 by Kelly and Angela Hilderbrand. Kelly graduated from the University of Oregon Honors College in chemistry before God called him into the ministry. Angela graduated from the Univeristy of Hawaii in business and later received her Masters of Education degree from Regent University. After graduating from Fuller Seminary, Kelly and Angela moved back to Angela's home town of Honolulu. They attended Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay before branching out and starting Hope Chapel Honolulu in 1989. Kelly received his Doctor of Ministry degree from International Graduate School in Honolulu in 1998. In 1999, the Hilderbrand family with their two sons moved to Bangkok, Thailand to begin a new work. As of 2008, WorldBase Thailand (also known as Our Home Chapel Ministry Center) is finishing a seven story ministry center in Bangkok, Thailand that will house two churches (Thai and Burmese) that have helped to start four other churches. We are also home to several ministries including ETCB (Evangelism through Church Businesses), WorldBase Thailand, Kid's Quest children's ministry, Our Home Study Center (Tutorial school and English Center with over 700 students), YoSo Christian Travel Agency, a slum children's outreach, a community center, a University Christian club, and other ministries. The ministry center also supports village churches, supports the ministry of six homes for children at risk of human trafficking and a school for refugee children.
