BUILDING PROJECT
Presently, the WorldBase rents a five story building near Ramkhamhaeng University. Foursquare Missions International provides money for the rent on this building. All ministry and operational expenses, including electricity, salaries and equipment, are met through church tithes, individual giving and the income from the English Language School.

We have searched for other facilities nearby to rent. However, on our present income, we can not afford another place big enough to accommodate all our ministries and future growth. We presently pay US$1,600 a month for rent. A comparable building that would meet our needs in our area is now renting for US$3,000 and up a month. This means that property values and rents in this region will go up significantly over the next few years.

In 2003, Foursquare Missions International purchased a 144 square meter piece of property next to our present facility. We have rented the space out to a garage to generate income. Building a building on this piece of property is the cheapest option available to us.

The total cost of construction will be approximately US$550,000 for a seven story structure. We have secured a US$350,000, but we need to raise the support to finish the project and pay off the loan. Will you consider helping us in this project?
